New User Registration

Failure to submit the correct information could result in a delay in your activation, so please read the following carefully:

IT Datacomm requires the MAC (Media Access Control) address (also known as the physical address) of the network adapter you are using for registration. As such, if you connect wirelessly, please make sure you submit the MAC of your wireless adapter. If you connect via an ethernet cable connected to a wall jack, please submit the MAC of your ethernet adapter.

For those who do not know what a MAC address looks like, they are 12 digit hexadecimal numbers that are made up only of the numbers "0" through "9" and the letters "A" through "F". A valid MAC might look something like this: 00:1a:b2:3c:d4:5e.

You may submit as many MAC addresses as you need for your internet capable devices. You may add additional registrations at any time and your previous ones will not be deleted. If you are registering a special device, such as an XBox, PS3, Wii, iPod, iPhone, etc., please note that after inputting the MAC address.

TIP: Many try and register the MAC addresses of 02:00:54:55:4e:01 or 00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:e0. Unfortunately, these are not the MAC addresses we need, even if you see them on your computer, please search further.
